What are 143 Berkley’s billing processes?
- Hourly projects will invoice after the project. Once a project is delivered and approved, your invoice will be emailed to you for payment.
- Retainer clients are invoiced on the 1st of each month. Should overage hours be requested, those hours will invoice at the close of each month. Note: we do not run over retainer hours without advance approval—no surprise invoices.
- Social management clients are invoiced on the 1st of each month.
All invoices include the option for online payment (ACH or credit card with a 3% transaction fee), Zelle (no fee), or mail payment (no fee). We work with your accounting team to align with their preferences and net terms.
How is my account managed?
You will have one point of contact through the relationship of your account led by Angela Berkley. Angela is the primary designer and account manager for all projects. Any freelancer supporting a project will work behind the scenes for a seamless project from start to finish.
How long does 143 Berkley retain my design files, should I need a copy in the future?
We retain your files for at least two years. Contact us anytime for a copy of your art files.
What design software platforms does 143 Berkley work in?
We work in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. We also support requests working in Canva as well, upon request. Presentations are design in Microsoft Powerpoint.
